years as an executive with the Motorola Corporation, providing leadership and
direction for 260 professional direct reports at Motorola with an operating
budget of $120 Million in addition to 138 professionals within the reporting
subsidiaries of GEG, CODEX, AIEG and CORP. Responsible
for the management and operation of Motorola's three major data centers located
in Schaumburg IL, Pheonix AZ and Hong Kong.
Motorola's data centers are linked by redundant T1/T3 circuits utilizing
Satellite and under sea cable, providing pervasive network connectivity and
architectural standards supporting effective utilization of 50,000+ distributed
computers. The network includes
Peer to Peer systems, E-mail, Engineering Computing, Technical Design Centers
and Library Access and has been responsible for large cycle time reductions in
Motorola's business process. Implementation
and conception of Motorola's Advanced Transport System (MATS) data and
telecommunications network which has been recognized by independent auditors
such as Coopers & Lybrand as being world class in concept and technology. Designed,
Developed, Staffed and Implemented Motorola's world class, totally integrated
order fulfillment system. The
systems takes the first customer proposal and electronically guides the document
through the entire process of pricing, discounting, ordering, manufacturing,
shipping and billing. Led
the major desigh, development and implementiaion effort for Motorola's land
Mobile Products Sector's state of the art, Integrated On-Ling manufacturing
System which monitors and tracks orders from Motorola's
CEO quality award for exceptional computer uptime & 40 fold improvements in
quality Motorola's

Managed
many diverse projects, and the evolution of the Information System Function from
batch processing system, through on-line processing to a state of the art
business system. Responsible for
the design, development and implementation of ITT's state-of- the-art sales and
marketing support system, which included 52 distributed strategic locations
throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Responsible
for review, investigation, analysis and evaluation of all systems and
applications. Served
as operations manager for GTE's cable television venture in New England. Led
