Mr. Wei was named in February, 2001 as the President of MobileTouch, a startup wireless ASP provider that targets the mobile workers who are looking for an integrated solution for all their voice, text messaging and corporate data access needs.

Twenty years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Manufacturing. Expertise in strategic planning, product management, employee development/motivation, process improvements, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Digital Equipment Corp. (Compaq Computers): Marketing Group leader

Developed and implemented marketing and sales programs for Intel-based PC and Alpha-based server products (annual sales of over $350 million). Managed the worldwide product planning and marketing for high performance servers and cluster products.

Modicon, Inc.: Marketing Manager

Launched new programmable controller worldwide, facilitated all sales training and marketing programs.
