Mr. George W. Bush
President of the United States of America

Mr. Clive Boustred
Chairman of InfoTelesys

InfoTelesys could probably build new GEO satellites for around the same cost as upgrading Mir. However, InfoTelesys can bring a noble solution to save Mir, while Mir can bring to InfoTelesys valuable publicity. For InfoTelesys, we believe we can justify the associated costs for saving Mir with the marketing benefits.

Which leads us to the next point, in marketing, timing is everything. It is important that we maintain all of these issues in the strictest of confidence. The timing of any publicity regarding this plan and other InfoTelesys missions is critical. We also need to work on the strategic marketing of key people who support our projects, including that of yourself and Mr. Putin.

InfoTelesys’ Promotion of ISS

InfoTelesys’ solution could be used as a strong supporter of the next generation International Space Station (ISS). One plan we have been exploring, would put a single Mir module, possibly the Priroda module, into MEO orbit and convert Priroda into an unmanned education satellite for educating schools around the world about space technology and environmental monitoring. InfoTelesys technology is ideal for this educational function.

We could give ISS a central educational and promotional position in our program that would likely gain tremendous support for space research and ISS.

InfoTelesys is not here to take, our mission is to give.

Although a young “David” without current financial backing, InfoTelesys is prepared to take the debt upon ourselves to secure a future for Mir. We have the only long-term solution we know of for Mir. This is a “giant” problem InfoTelesys has the know-how to slay.

InfoTelesys has not yet publicized any of our programs, we are just preparing to come out of the stealth mode and are confident our strategy will be well received and that demand for our stock will be exceptional.

The InfoTelesys strategic finance plan relies on seeking funding after going public and not before in a closed market. Additionally, InfoTelesys has a strong desire to be owned by ordinary people around the world, and not by a few wealthy investors. Consequently, if InfoTelesys went public in say two months, we would only be able to raise the funds from stock sales in no less than ninety days – too late to save Mir. InfoTelesys has the desire and ability, but currently not the means to save Mir.

Conclusion

InfoTelesys seeks your assistance to help save Mir. InfoTelesys seeks a loan from the U.S. government that we could pay Russia for an urgent Mir maintenance mission, and start to prepare the station for the “InfoTelesys’ Mir Around the World” function. The Mir maintenance mission would ensure that even if our project fails, Mir could be de-orbited safely.InfoTelesys will pay back the loan immediately after our public stock offers raise the necessary funds.InfoTelesys expects to conduct our first public stock offering within the next few months and we are confident our offer will generate more than sufficient funds.

Your assistance would be an enormous boost between Russian and American relations. I know Mr. Putin and every Russian would be personally grateful to you.

Not only would such assistance hugely benefit American and Russian relations and ensure the safety of nations in Mir’s path, but it will also help To make the world a better place, showing respect for all creation, while operating with complete integrity, for it is in God we trust.” – the InfoTelesys mission.

Your most sincerely,

Clive Boustred
