Description of Security Policies:
Recognize that InfoTelesys shares and IT$'s are secure data assets. Each share and each IT$ is uniquely numbered. If someone tries to steal your shares or IT$'s, InfoTelesys can return the InfoTelesys shares or IT$'s to the rightful owner. Regardless of the generic security provided by InfoTelesys shares and IT$'s, InfoTelesys takes security as an extremely important issue. We believe in doing everything we can to ensure the security of your assets. The following security options are provided:

Standard Web Email Security
This security model uses the standard Web security used by most banks and other on-line services. Standard 128 bit encryption is supported between your browser and the IT-AT™ system and all transactions spawn automatic emails to your registered email address for all functions.

Standard Web Email + Source & Destination (to be implemented shortly)
Standard Web Email Security is used in addition to an expert system that registers and tracks the internet address you register from. All communication across Internet follows networks the way a cars follows roads. In most cases we can determine which network a login session comes from, this includes your satellite based communications through IT-I2™. When someone tries to access your account from a different network, we prevent the access and alert you via email. If you travel and connect up to Internet in different cities this security option will not work for you since you will need to connect from different locations. If you only connect to the Internet from one location this security option adds significant security to your account.

Paper Sell Security + Associated Fees
With this option you need to send InfoTelesys a signed copy of buy and sell instructions for your account. Online trading will be limited to your participation in an auction, however any fund's or stock transaction must be accompanied with a signed letter of instruction from yourself. As this approach requires manual intervention on behalf of InfoTelesys there will be an associated fee for processing paper and storing paper transactions.

Voice Sell Security + Associated Fees
With this option any buy or sell transaction is first verified by us calling you for confirmation. You operate on the online system as usual, however your transactions are flagged to force us to call the number your specify in your registration. As this approach requires manual intervention on behalf of InfoTelesys there will be an associated fee for processing paper and storing paper transactions.
