Suncrest Estate is located in the mountains just above the village of Capitola-by-the-Sea, located in the heart of the beautiful Monterey Bay marine sanctuary. The village has an inviting cluster of shops, 14 restaurants and many galleries and has been one of the most popular vacation spots on the California coast for over one hundred years. There are numerous activities available in the local area: golfing, boating, swimming, beach combing, wine tasting, shopping etc. The famous Monterey Cannery row and Carmel are about 45 min around the bay. Silicon Valley is 30 min drive over Hwy 17, San Francisco is about an hours drive. The area is blessed with mild weather throughout most of the year.
