The prime deliverable of the ATSI Chief Strategist is to analyze corporate plans and strategies in the areas of application. Each case requiring special attention, while focusing on the areas that maximize return on corporate investments.
Strategic Analysis: Market, Competition, Product, Company
The responsibility of the Chief Strategist is to evaluate market, product and corporate strategy, to provide feedback, and to develop winning strategy for the Company's short and long-term success.
Annual Corporate Strategic Analysis
During the course of the year, the Chief Strategist provides a formal Strategic Analysis of the Company and its direction. This analysis takes the form of structured documents and presentations.
Monthly Strategy Sessions
Interactive Strategy sessions are held monthly to stimulate strategic thinking and to evaluate progress. These sessions are either free form or structured, and typically include presentations from the ATSI Seminar Series. The ATSI Seminar Series helps to invoke intellectual stimuli and initiate the planting of the seeds of strategic cognizance.
The sessions are held either onsite, or at ATSI's Suncrest Estate, which provides a relaxed setting that stimulates cognitive thought away from the disturbances of the office. Incorporated within the Chief Strategist Program is the comprehensive advanced ATSI Seminar Series. The series covers the entire distributed systems arena including advanced architectural concepts (Internet, Middleware, Transaction Monitors, ORB's etc.). Strategic analysis of the top vendors product and marketing strategies are also included in the series.
